These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the use of RapidEX CATM Services (“Services”) provided by RapidEX Inc. (“RapidEX,” “we,” or “us”) to the user (“you”) accessing and utilizing our website, mobile app, platform, ATMs, kiosks, and applications (collectively referred to as the “Site”). By using our Services, you accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement. It is essential to review and understand these terms and conditions as they form a legal contract between you and RapidEX.
Services
- RapidEX CATM facilitates the buying and selling of cryptocurrencies, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Ethereum, using Canadian Dollars at our CATM locations.
- We do not store, hold, or manage any cryptocurrencies or Canadian Dollars on your behalf. The handling of cryptocurrencies after a transaction is completed falls outside the scope of our Services.
- RapidEX reserves the right to delay or refuse any transaction if suspicious or fraudulent activity is suspected, or to conduct necessary reviews for compliance with KYC (know-your-client) requirements, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, and other reasonable purposes at our sole discretion.
- Our Services must be used lawfully and for lawful purposes.
User Acknowledgement
By using RapidEX CATM Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- RapidEX is not liable for any losses incurred from the use of cryptocurrencies. Cryptocurrencies are inherently risky, and their use may result in the partial or complete loss of funds. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and subject to significant price fluctuations.
- Cryptocurrencies are not considered legal tender in Canada.
- The purchase and sale of cryptocurrencies may have tax implications, and it is your sole responsibility to calculate, report, and remit any applicable taxes.
- RapidEX is not a financial institution but solely facilitates the buying and selling of cryptocurrencies.
- Our Services rely on the internet, blockchain network, and third-party software. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from delays, delivery failures, or other issues arising from their use.
- You are responsible for providing accurate information required for transactions. We are not liable for any errors made when entering wallet addresses for cryptocurrency deposits or transfers.
- RapidEX is not responsible for losses resulting from the delay or refusal to process transactions due to suspected fraudulent activity, client verification, AML requirements, or other reasonable purposes determined by us.
- We do not provide support or advice regarding cryptocurrencies after a transaction is completed. Support is limited to the use of our Services prior to transaction completion.
- By using our Services, you confirm that you are of legal age (18+) and have not been previously suspended or restricted from using our Services.
- You agree to read, understand, and comply with all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
