How much can I purchase at once?

The daily limits for purchasing cryptocurrencies at a RapidEX ATM are $20 minimum and $30,000 maximum per customer.

Do you sell cryptocurrencies besides Bitcoin?

Yes, RapidEX ATMs is directly connected to NDAX, Canada’s largest crypto trading platform, allowing you to purchase over 30 different cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, and others.

RapidEX is a Canadian based company and a subsidiary of RapidCash ATM that provides Crypto ATMs to customers. The company has a network of machines across Canada that enables customers to buy and sell cryptocurrencies instantly.

What do I need to purchase crypto on a RapidEX ATM?

To purchase cryptocurrency at a RapidEX ATM, you will need:

  • A phone number with text messaging capabilities for authentication at the kiosk. 
  • You will also need cash to deposit into the machine to purchase the cryptocurrency.
  • For transactions over $1,000: a valid form of government photo identification such as a driver's license.

If you already have one you're good to go, if you need to create one, we recommend Exodus.

Enter Wallet

Enter the wallet address where you want the cryptocurrency sent.

Confirm Transaction

Confirm the transaction and press the "Buy" button.

Wait for Confirmation

Wait for confirmation of the transaction, which can take a few minutes to a few hours.

Check Account

Check your cryptocurrency wallet to see if the cryptocurrency has arrived.
